Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days of receipt. Please note that processing times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, and public holidays.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer several shipping options to meet your needs. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, the shipping method you select, and the size/weight of your order.
Note: Delivery times may vary based on customs processing and local postal services. We are not responsible for any delays in product delivery due to postal service issues, holidays, natural events, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- US: 15 to 30 days
- WW: 30 to 45 days
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can also track your order by logging into your account and viewing the "Order History" section. The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.
Shipping Restrictions
Certain products may be restricted or prohibited from international shipping. If your order includes one of these items, we will notify you and cancel the affected item(s) from your order.
Lost or Damaged Items
In the rare case that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at support@allurashops.com within 1-2 days of receiving your shipment. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.
If the package is marked as "delivered" but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local carrier. We cannot take responsibility for packages once they have been marked as delivered.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of shipping.
Please check with your local customs office to determine any applicable fees before placing your order.
Address Accuracy
Please make sure the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for any delays or issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible.
Order Modifications and Cancellations
Once an order has been processed and shipped, we cannot modify or cancel it. However, if you need to change your shipping address before your order ships, please contact us at suppor@allurashops.com as soon as possible.
If you want to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it to ensure that we can accommodate your request.
Free Shipping Promotion
From time to time, we offer free standard shipping promotions. Free shipping applies only to orders that meet the minimum purchase requirement (excluding taxes and shipping fees) and only for United States orders. Additional conditions may apply.
